Your body shouldn't feel like a collection of weird clicks, tight hips, and cranky shoulders.
It isn't a consequence of aging or athletics; somewhere along the way, we forgot how to move like humans.
REWIRE: LIVE is a 3-day journey back to the basics of healthy human movement—so you can feel more at-home, alive, and free in your body.
This isn't a weight loss challenge.
This isn't a fitness challenge.
This is a "coming back home to your body" challenge.
A gentle invitation to remember who you are and why you came here - and all openhearted, openminded, eager-to-remember humans are welcome.
What to Expect
DAY 1 — BREATH
Create Space
We'll start with the foundation of movement: your breath. Learn how to use your breath to create space, reduce unnecessary tension, and give your body room to move.
DAY 2 — FEET
Build Your Foundation
Your feet are the foundation of your entire movement system. We'll explore foot position, pressure, and how your feet influence everything happening up the chain.
DAY 3 — GLUTES
Move With Power
Your glutes are meant to do a LOT more than look good in leggings. We'll learn how to actually activate and use them so you can create stronger, more efficient, more powerful movement.

Who This is For
This is for you if your body feels:
Crunchy.
Funky.
Tight.
Stiff.
Disconnected.
Just…weird.
If you want to move better but don't know where to start.
If traditional workouts leave you feeling more beat-up than alive.
If you're ready to understand your body instead of constantly fighting it.
If you want to feel at home in your body again.
You don't need to be fit.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need any movement experience.
Just bring your body.
COME HOME TO YOUR BODY.
For three days, we're going back to the basics.
Breath.
Foundation.
Power.
Not to change your body.
To change your relationship with it.
To feel what's possible when you stop forcing your body to perform and start learning how to move like a human again.
